Blythe Rippon writes novels and short stories featuring strong women trying to make the world a more just place. She's an artist-scholar whose work focuses on resisting violence and generating empathy. A professor at a liberal arts college, Blythe loves teaching, hiking the woods, and marching the streets. In addition to writing academic essays and LGBTQ fiction, she co-hosts the podcast Badass Women Save Themselves. Born in the midwest, she's lived all over the country, and at present can be found in the Pacific Northwest with her wife and children.
